Logs waiting to be hauled to mill
In total, about 70 acres were clearcut before we discovered the logging and stopped it on December 20. Even then, about another 10 acres were clearcut so we had to get another order. Unfortunately, the Coquille Indian Tribe plans to clearcut up to 328 acres in the next couple years of we can't keep environmental protections firmly in place
for the Coastal Coho Salmon and stop illegal cutting.
