Illegally cut trees
These trees were cut after
Judge Hogan's ruling was
reversed, when all logging
was supposed to have
stopped. The BIA claimed
they didn't know about the
ruling, even though it was
on the front page of every
newspaper in Oregon. The
stump on the left was 150
years old.
