This is the west side of unit
4, with logs waiting to be
dragged to the top of the
hill. When we discovered
they were logging illegally
after the protections for
Coho Salmon were
reinstated, the Bureau of
Indian Affairs told Lone Rock
Timber to stop logging. But in
Lone Rock Timber just hoped no
one would notice they kept
right on cutting trees through
January 3rd.
